EXCHANGES

If you've made a genuine mistake with a download purchase, contact www.amachidigital.com to see if you can get an exchange of the download for the one that you want.

Exchanges allowed are only those of Resume Templates of the same design but different number of pages (less or more).

For instance, if a customer mistakenly purchases a Resume Template consisting of five (5) pages but wishes to obtain one with ten (10) pages instead, www.amachidigital.com will email the customer same design of the Resume Template purchased prior but with ten (10) pages instead.

REPAIR

For any faulty digital content, www.amachidigital.com will repair the digital product before you can claim for a refund.

All claims for repair must be reported through repair.support strictly within 14 days of purchase.

REFUND

If you are still not satisfied with our products and services after giving www.amachidigital.com at least one chance to make repairs, (by interacting with us through refund.support), www.amachidigital.com will refund your money.

Ask for a refund within 30 days from your initial purchase refund.support. You will get it, no questions asked.

DELIVERY OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT
